Clean place with nice view of the mountain. Good staff and particularly good location in the middle of the city! And right by Santander as well as Gajano.

I booked a standard double room with a view of the mountains. the location was great since it was really close to Santander and right in the heart of the city. 🌄.

Central heating, a work desk, and TV available in the guest room. Very helpful and understanding people working here. Private parking on site provided. Not to mention free wifi! 15 minutes' walk to the bus stop...

The restaurant had "traditional" dishes, which I guess means plain and tasteless. The Wi-Fi and parking were free, but I had to pay for the transfer from the airport. The views of the mountains were stunning, if you're into that sort of thing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly helpful and understanding, especially since I was traveling with my two kids. The service was top-notch and they went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Secondly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, offering all the basic amenities we needed for our stay. Lastly, the location was great, with beautiful scenery surrounding the hotel. We even had a room with a stunning view of the mountains. The proximity to Somo Beach was a bonus, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. Additionally, the prices at the bar and restaurant were very reasonable, and the food was delicious.

As a solo traveler, I found the location convenient for exploring the region. the hotel had free parking and easy access to the motorway, making it easy to explore nearby beaches and towns. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with some offering lovely views of the surrounding mountains. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant served good food at reasonable prices.

Though the hotel had solid rooms, there was no lift so it may be a challenge for travelers with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

The lack of an elevator made reaching our third-floor room a bit of a workout. While some staff members were welcoming, we found one of the food servers in the evening to be unfriendly.
